There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2012-04-15 House Journal Page 2556 Representative Austerman moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 361(FIN) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB 361(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 361(FIN) am?" Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 361(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
